A Taste of the Island

 Each night The Table will be offering intimate Island dining experiences.  All of our meals feature fresh, seasonal and local ingredients prepared by our in-house Chefs and are served family-style on platters at our large harvest table.  

This is Island dining at it’s best, providing you with the opportunity to interact with the Chefs as they prepare the meal and learn about the fresh local foods that are being served and Island culture.  Around the table, you can share stories and meet new friends while enjoying a freshly prepared three course meal.  

This is an Island experience that you won’t soon forget!

Traditional Island Feast
(May to September)

Enjoy a feast of Prince Edward Island’s finest seafood in a true expression of Island flavours and culture.  Platters of lobster, mussels, quahogs, sausages, fresh picked vegetables and famous PEI potatoes are a feast for the eyes and the palate.  During the evening, you will learn some interesting things about lobsters, how mussels are farmed and how to shuck an oyster. Join us for this succulent feast!


Island Dinner Party

(May to October)

You are invited to an intimate Island Dinner Party!  Enjoy live Island music over cocktails then gather around the kitchen to watch our Chefs as they prepare your meal, exploring the flavours of each season with culinary dishes that highlight the sweet light flavours of Spring with chicken and lamb, the savoury colorful crops of Summer with chicken and beef, and the warm calming notes of Fall harvest with pork and chicken.  Join us for a true Island experience!


North Shore Surf & Turf

(June to September)

A traditional favorite with a North Shore twist!  Gather in the garden with the Chef as he prepares a Surf and Turf meal using elements of fire and smoke from our outdoor cookhouse.  Get your cameras ready to capture each moment as the Island beef is flame grilled, North Shore lobster is cooked over the fire and a feed of mussels and quahogs are steamed underground.  Then enjoy this succulent feast inside, gathered around the harvest table and watch as the Chefs prepare your decadent dessert.  Experience the bounty of the North Shore!
